useless

I bought this cause some reviews say it works to tone down red lips. why anyone thinks that they can wear this with gloss over it is nuts, or they dont mind looking like they have paint on their lips. The second you add gloss to this the clor lifts off your lips and a huge mess happens, your lips will look all goopy and white, not toned down, just gross and messy. I cant beleive anyone would wear this, I tried it with lipstick and its a little better, but why wear it if your gonna use lipstick since it dries out your lips and fast.

Great Product!

Wonderful product - provides a protective base on your lips - lip pencil/lipstick goes on smooth with true color.

Can't live without it

Aside from my ID and credit cards, this is literally the only product that I never leave the house without. I know that this is supposed to be used as a base, but for years I had searched for a neutral lip color that just lightened my natural tone - I think that a very light nude color looks so clean and natural. This product does just that and I use it constantly with a dab of clear gloss over the top to keep it moist. It also fills in lines to give your lips a plumper look which is just a bonus. I was the first of all my friends to discover this and have turned many of them onto it. At first they thought I was crazy - I know, it looks more like concealer than a lip color. But the consistency just provides a great natural look. I have used it as a primer under other lip colors and found that it works well in that respect too - it lightens your lips so the lip color looks more like it's supposed to rather than absorbing a lot of the reddish/pink color from your lips. And did I mention that it fills in lines to plump as well? Seriously, give it a try :)
